In the dissertation on basis of analysis of legislation of Ukraine, practice of his application and theoretical scientific researches finding-out of their features as object of the modern form, legal status of citizens which are engaged in enterprise activity on the agricultural lands, farms, and also the agricultural enterprises and cooperative society which use the agricultural lands for conduction a commodity agricultural production. The formulated recommendations are directed on the legislation and practice in sphere of legal regulation of use of on the agricultural lands, a commodity agricultural production.
