Essay

The dissertation is devoted to development of the method based on the separation of the situations into avalanche-dangerous and avalanche-non-dangerous classes relying on the statistical analysis approaches. Methods for the avalanche security prediction has been developed using the measure of proximity of the relevant classes' micro situations when estimating a priori avalanche frequency. The offered method for development of the mobile means of control over avalanche-dangerous zones is based on new and similar hardware-software solutions of the secondary usage.
