Essay

Communicative-pragmatic structural-syntactical and lexical peculiarities of legislative and judicial documents. The aim is to analyse and systematically present the means of argumentation on different linguistic levels. The methods are structural-syntactical, descriptive, contextual. The types of English juridical discourse dependant on structural organization and communicative-pragmatic features of legislative and judicial documents were analysed and described for the first time. The usage - in the process of studies, in special courses. The sphere of usage - higher school.
