Igonin R. Administrative-organizational bases of activity of subjects of executive proceedings

The object is public relations in the sphere of functioning of the executive proceedings subjects; the purpose is a theoretical analysis of the system, legal status and specificity of the activity of the executive proceedings subjects, defining their position and role in the legal relationship of executive proceedings, clarification of the essence of their legal interrelation; the methods are general scientific, special, dialectical, historical, system, formal-iuridical, logical, analytical, comparative and legal; the novelty is the first attempt in modern Ukrainian legal science to make a theoretical and applied, monographic and complex research of the organizational and legal foundations of the activity of the executive proceedings subjects; the results may be used in legislative and lawmaking activity, scientific and research sphere, educational process and law-enforcement activity.
