Piddubnyy O. The Legal status of agricultural inspections

The object is public relations in the sphere of forming and functioning of the system of state agricultural inspections; the purpose is defining a place of state agricultural inspections in the system of state administration of the agricultural complex, forming a theoretical notion of agricultural inspections system and elaboration of the fundamental criteria, research of its administrative and legal status on the basis of theoretical conclusions and analysis of their activity, as well as specific recommendations on further organizational improvement and legal administration of state agricultural inspections activity; the methods are structural, functional, systems analysis, formally logical, technical, comparative and legal, documentary analysis; the novelty is the first Ukrainian attempt of complex research of the agricultural inspections legal status, accordance of their functions with their tasks and responsibilities with the functions, as well as practical implementation of their responsibilitiesfor achievement the tasks set in the corresponding normative and legal documents; the results (statements and conclusions) may be a basis for further research of the problem of the agricultural inspections legal status, may be a starting point for advanced study of legal status of certain agricultural inspections, may also be used in legislative and lawmaking activity, educational process and law-enforcement activity.
