Essay

This thesis for a candidate degree is dedicated to the issues of the effectiveness increasing of therapy of children with bronchial asthma. The basic of the approach is investigation of the pathogenetic action of cytokines and nitric oxide in conjunction with indices of cell and humoral immunity units and phagocytosis as well as with external respiration function. The integrated approach to the estimation of the disease degree and infant bronchial asthma evolution forecasting taking into account systematic anamnestic, pantoclinical data, specific and nonspecific protection factors as well as chronic bronchial inflammation mediators (by levels of proinflammatory and antiinflammatory cytokines, adhesion factor and nitric oxide content in the blood serum) was developed. It is demonstrated that application of the proposed mediators of the allergic inflammation as specific criteria of the severity and acute-ness chronic inflammatory process during bronchial asthma disease is necessary. Application of the cyto-kine medicines - ronkoleikin - along with basic antiinflammatory therapy of the children's bronchial asthma.
