In dissertation the results of the experimental researches of strength and strain behaviours of the high-strength modified concretes at the compression and tension, including the conditions of the short-term and long-term heating to +200 C, depending on the volume and size of development types, intensity of lateral reinforcement are presented. In the theoretical part of the research the results of determination by the numeral methods of stress-strain state of elements of different massiveness at the eccentrical compression taking into account multifocal uptake of mechanical properties of concrete on a volume the constructions are presented. Propositions for specification of method of norms in the part of calculation of durability and deformations of the eccentric compressed elements with the indirect reinforcement from high-strength concretes are made.
