Kinash O. Air exchange in the premises of dwelling houses and its effects on microclimate

The dissertation presents research of the effects of air exchange in premises of dwelling houses on their micro climate. The laboratory conditions were used to study the processes of air stream flow through laminated slots, window slits prototypes and window slots of various profiles as well as various entrance doors and balcony doors structures. The processes of natural air exchange in the (dwelling) premises of buildings have been analyzed using mathematical models and the results of experimental investigations on real objects. With the help of air exchange mathematical modeling with the use of the results of experimental investigations there has been established the dependency between air exchange intensity and climatic and controlled conditions. Recommendations on controlling natural air exchange in (dwelling) premises have been developed. The methods of calculating ventilation systems in premises of dwelling houses and other types of buildings using the mathematical model of heat and air exchangein dwelling premises in design conditions are offered as well as mathematical models of heat and air exchange in premises of dwelling houses in changeable conditions.
