Nosenko O. Institutions of constitutional law of Ukraine: problems of theory and practice.

The thesis is dedicated to the study of theoretical problems of the institutions of constitutional law of Ukraine, as one of the main elements of this field of law. The notion, essence, nature and background of the institution of constitutional law are uncovered and the genesis of methodology of the study of this legal phenomenon is analysed. The basic periods of establishment and development of the institutions of constitutional law of Ukraine in the context of genesis of the national system of constitutional law are defined. Prospective directions of the development and improvement of the institutes of constitutional law in conditions of constitutional reform in Ukraine are revealed. The problem of correlating the institutions of constitutional law of Ukraine with other associated institutions are researched and legal mechanisms of their cooperation are elicited.
