Essay

Dissertation is devoted to investigation circular boundary and line crack interaction taking into account edges contact in bending plate. The new problems on plate bending with circular boundary and the system of the arbitrarily located through-the-through cracks are formulated taking into account the edge contact. With application of methods of the theory of functions of complex variable and complex potentials the solution of a problem is shown to a system of integral equations with unknown functions of jumps of rotation angles and displacements. This system is solved by a numerical method with the help of method of mechanical quadratures.
