Essay

The resuits of imune-denetic and genetic-biochemical monitoring of sheep population permit to understand the evolution principles of the animals productivity forming. Immune-biochemical methods are uses to define the animals parents, to control the selection processes. The prognosing of the development level of the productive characters with genetic markers helps to rise the selection efficacy and the herd productivity for 10-12%. For practice - the got possibility to estimate the dynamics of genetic structure under act of specific of selection-pedigree work in herds, to promote efficiency of selection process by a selection and selection of the animals directed on the recreation of the desired genotypes, that allows to intensify a selection process and promote the rates of consolidation of breed. Sphere of the use - pedigree enterprises on the sheep breeding.
