Prodayevych V. The place of administrative responsibility in the system of measures of administrative order

Dissertation is devoted to a complex investigation of theoretical and practical questions of administrative responsibility in the sphere of financial law. The problem of identification of administrative responsibility by the way of specification of its argument and place in a system of measures, administrative-juridical compulsion. Are clear the main features of management responsibility, that let refer to a management responsibility official reprimands, which apply to physical persons and juridical persons and also measures of impact on under age persons. Was done an order of system of administrative compulsions, which apply to physical persons, and of system (aggregate) of administrative compulsions, which apply to physical persons, with founding of disadvantages and defects in legislation. Are made suggestions to make an improvement of legislation of Ukraine about management responsibility.
