Essay

An object - the process of garden-stuffs pick up; the apple-trees of the Pippin goldish (subgraft В9), Antor (57-490) and Spartan (57-490) varieties; pears of wilding and semiwildings; the fruit gathering aggregate formed on the base of 0,6 class tractor; system of energy accumulation. A purpose is the increase of process efficiency of the garden-stuffs mechanized pick up due to expansion of technological possibilities of the aggregate equipped by the accumulator of energy, on the basis of system ground parameters and work modes of aggregate. Methods – systems analysis and synthesis of main factors of process efficiency of the mechanized garden-stuffs pick up, time-study supervisions, mathematical and dynamic simulation of the „power mean – hydraulic actuator – vibroexcitator – tree” system on the personal computer with the decision of differential equalizations by a numeral method, statistical working out of experimental data, graphic simulation. Novelty – energy saving technology of garden-stuffs gathering by the aggregate equipped with the system of energy accumulation is developed at first with positioning near four trees, and also the structurally-regime parameters are grounded; the process of garden-stuffs pick up is simulated which taking into account parameters and descriptions of power mean hydraulic circuit, exciter of vibrations and fruit-trees with changeable mass; the functions of the vibroexcitator operations modes and the parameters of fruit gathering aggregate with the accumulator of energy and descriptions of the long-term planting are worked out. Results – the energy saving technology of the garden-stuffs mechanized output by shaking and fruit harvesting aggregate with adaptation of the hydraulic circuit operations mode of vibroexcitator to physicomechanical properties of trees.
