Essay

The correlation of morphologic deragements of stomach mucous membrane with activation of free radical processes were evaluated as well as their influence on chronic atrophic gastritis progress and stomach peptic ulcer. Characteristic morphological changes of mucous membrane of above mentioned diseases were revealed and systemized. The deragements of oxidant - antioxidant balance system were identified by the contents level of ceruloplasminum in stomach mucous membrane bioptats, ceruloplasminum concentration, activity of malonic dialdehyde and ornityndecorbacsilasis in blood serum and the contents of echinociti in peripheral blood.
