The dissertation is devoted to improvement of diagnostics and treatment of gastro-esophageal reflux disease (GERD). By the comparative analysis of clinical development of disease, the data of intra-esophageal pH monitoring at patients with GERD on a background of treatment by researched ingibitors of a proton pomp, speed of healing of an esophage4al mucous membrane, and also frequency of relapses of disease on a background of maintenance drug therapy develops the optimal algorithms of diagnostics and treatment of GERD.
