Object of the research: strengths characterisstics of multi-planed cortical osteosinthes in transverse diafizeal fractures of tibia. Purpose: to graund the expedience of the multi-planed cortical osteosinthesis in transverse and like them diafizeal fractures of tibia and to attempt it in clinic. Re-search modalities: Clinical, biomechanical,mathematical, statistical. Scientific novelty. For the first time the concep-tion of multiplaned cortical osteosinthes for the treatment of transverse diafizeal fractures of tibia has been formulate.The influence of design, number and placement of fixing cortical implants for the strained deformation conditions of original finite element mathematical model of transverse diafyzeal fractures of tibia treated by multiplaned cortical osteosinthe-sis also in case of osteoporosis has been investigate. The new data about strengths characterisstics of multiplaned cortical osteosinthes in transverse diafizeal fractures of tibia depending of number and placement of fixing cortical im-plants in diafyzeal fractures of tibia has been received in bench experiment. The optimum design, number and place-ment of fixing cortical implants multiplaned cortical os-teosinthes in transverse diafizeal fractures of tibia were grounded by the way of strained deformation conditions investigation. The original method of multiplaned cortical osteosynthesis in diafyzeal fractures of tibia by cramps, device for it realisation and device for cramps produce worked on. The original method of multiplaned cortical osteosynthesis in diafyzeal fractures of tibia for cases of osteoporosis by plates and device for it realisation worked on. The low traumatic and sufficient strengths characteristics of fragments fixation of multiplaned cortical osteosynthesis in transverse and like them diafizeal fractures of tibia also in case of osteoporosis has been demonstrated in the clinical attemption. Scientific statements of the present thesis have been applied into clinical practice of such medical institu-tions as Kharkiv Municipal Clinical Emergency Hospital, Zmejov Central Regional Hospital, Scientific statements of the present thesis are being used in educational process at the Chair of traumatology and orthopedy of Kharkiv State Medical University.
