Karnaruk N. State control after notarial activity in Ukraine

The object is the social relations in the notarial activity state control; the purpose is the determination of the organizational-lawful measures of the notarial activity state control in Ukraine and the formulation of the propositions relative to the perfection of the acting legislation in the mentioned field and the practice of its application; the methods are the dialectic, historical, logical, systematic, documental and comparative-lawful analysis; the newness is the first monographic research devoted to the notarial activity state control in Ukraine; the results can be used for the scientific-researching, lawful-creative, law-enforcing activities and the studying process.
