The essence of the management of the investment processes at the market of financial services is exposed in this work. The definitions of such notions as financial service, market of financial services, and the management of investment processes at the market of financial services are clarified, the list of criteria of financial services classification and the definition of market of financial services functions are complemented and systematized; the features of investment processes at the market of financial services of Ukraine are analysed; the possible ways of improvement of the management of investment processes at the domestic market of financial services are defined.
