Object is processes, which take place in the field of production, exchange, distributing, realization and consumption of agrarian products, that affect forming efficiency of labour motivation of the restructured agricultural enterprises workers of Kiev region; research purpose is the development of theoretical and methodological bases, scientific and practical recommendations as to the improvement of labour motivation of agrarians; methods are dialectical, historical, systematic, comparison, analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, grouping, graphic, tabular, rows of dynamics, sociological; novelty is a complex decision of important scientific task in relation to the improvement of theoretical and methodological approaches and practical bases of motivation improvement of labour activity of workers of the restructured agricultural enterprises at regional and national levels; results are development of methodological and methodical approaches to the investigation of labour motivation of agrarians, description of basic constituents of labour motivation of different professional-qualifying groups of peasants, developing of new conceptual approaches to forming of the motivation mechanism of agricultural enterprises. Branch of industry is the rise of motivation of labour activity of workers of the restructured enterprises of agrarian sector of economy.
