Object of the study process of management expenses machine-building enterprise. Objective of study is motivation approach to improvement of management expenses enterprises of machine building for more efficient use resource, reinforcements to competitiveness to product, optimization to its prime cost and maximizations arrived enterprises. Methods of research are dialectical, analysis and syntheses, inductions and deductions, comparisons, observations, modeling, correlation-regression analysis, acceptance elimination, grouping. Theoretical and practical results: the improvement of the methods and organizations of the procedures of management expenses on enterprise of machine building; introduction information-technological cards and statistical model of the analysis and management expenses. Novelty is improvement of the methods of management expenses enterprises with account of specifics to machine-building branch. Degree of the introduction by: VC "NORD", JVC "Azovmash", CVC "Novokramatorskiy machine-building plant". Branch of application is enterprises of machine building.
