Miroshnichenko S. The main directs of prosecutors prevention activity on organized crime.

The dissertation is dedicated to a problem of prosecutor's prevention activity on organized crime. The work gives detailed characteristics of social nature of prosecutors prevention activity, determines the system and characteristics of principals of such activity, researched legal basics of this type of activity, determined the place and relationships with other subjects of fighting with organized crime. Main attention attends to the questions of priority directions in particular, it determined that they are: general supervision and supervision concerning realizing operational search, inquest and preliminary investigation. Basing on positions about necessity of improvement keeping activity controlling unit under supervision, arrange interaction with them. In this work it was investigated the questions of organization prevention activity, in particular problems of informational and analytical provision, analysis and study of practice, prediction, planning, coordination, made an attempt to improve the criteria in the studied direction and examined the questions of international cooperation in this sphere.
