The dissertation deals with substantiation of theoretical regulations and practical recommendations concerning the use of target-planning and forecasting management of agricultural enterprises as the precondition for their effective activity. Actual state of agricultural production of agricultural enterprises of Chernigov region has been analysed. The main reasons of the decline in their efficiency have been reveled. The scheme of the process of development and taking of managerial decisions with use of target-planning and forecasting management of agricultural enterprises has been developed. It contains problem definition, development of the program of decision making and their quantitative evaluation, agreement and decision making, information about quantitative parameters of the decision, organization and decision control.Methods of target-planning and forecasting management of productive processes at agricultural enterprises have been worked out. They include elaboration of optimization strategiesof enterprise development, tactical decision making on the basis of business cards of crop growing, application of methods of operative management with use of net schedules of crop growing. The target net schedule of the fulfillment of complex of services of production activity of farming corporation with limited liability "Lynovitske" of Prylutsky district Chernigiv region.
