The object is recurrent tuberculosis of the lungs with disfunction of external breathing;the aims to improvement of efficacy of treatment in patients with recurrent tuberculosis of the lungs by correction of external breathing disfunction; the methods are clinicai,roengenological, microbiological, instrumental; the new approach consist in study of frequency and character of disfunction of external breathing in patients with recurrent tuberculosis of the lungs; pathogenetic connection between disfunction of external breathing and vegetative regulation of cardio-vascular system; it was used differential method to alternative of broncholytic drugs; the main include practical references; this thesis has been developed by medical establishments and educational process; the field is medicine.
