3. The work describes studies of the chemical properties of 1,2,4-benzothiadiazine derivatives. A number of new methods of synthesis 1,2,4-benzothiadiazine derivatives containing a trifluoromethyl substituent has been developed. 1-Chloro-3-trifluoromethyl-1,2,4-benzothiadiazine was obtained by interaction of 1-morpholin-3-trifluoromethyl-1,2,4-benzothiadiazine with hydrogen chloride. It was used for the synthesis of new 1-amino derivatives of 1,2,4-benzothiadiazine. Heterocyclic sulfur ylides containing sulfur atom in the heterocycle were synthesized in the reactions of 1,2,4-benzothiadiazine derivatives with cyclic and acyclic CH-acids. The reactions of sulfinimidic acid chlorides with 3-chloroacetylacetone were studied A highly efficient enantioselective method of synthesis of enantiomerically pure 1,2,4-benzothiadiazine derivatives.
