Essay

The dissertation is devoted to increasing of the effectiveness of treatment and prophylaxis of the main stomatological diseases of the children with different degrees of mental deficiency. The complex of therapeutic prophylactics is worked out and applied in clinic. It includes the differentiative approach to the lessons of hygiensc stomatological training and upbringing of the children with psychoneurological defects, and takes into account their psychological development and physical possibilities. Different methods are used for treatment of the main stomatological diseases. The individual approach to the technique of the methods depending on the degree of heaviness of main children?s disease is worked out. The effectiveness of the setting complex of theurapeutic prophylactics is clinically proved for a period of 24 months.
