Essay

The thesis is dedicated to looking up of legitimacies of corrosion behavior of a nickel, chromium, molybdenum in ozonized solutions of sulfuric acid of miscellaneous concentrations both temperatures and research of corrosion - electrochemical behavior of steels and alloys (12Х18Н10Т, Н70М27Ф 06ХН28МДТ) on the basis of these addition elements in conditions of master schedules of obtaining oganic acids of acids if there is ozone and definition influencing of ozone on local views of corrosion of constructional steels. Is rotined, that in solutions of sulfuric acid of miscellaneous concentrations the introducing of ozone reduces corrosion resistance N і and augments stability Cr, Мо at 20?С. Is detected, that on investigated corrosion-proof alloys and steel there is a process of general corrosion both base metal, and its weld joints. The influencing of ozone on corrosion of metals decreases at increase of temperature of mediums at the expense of a decrease of its dissolubility and increase of a fragment of anodic polarization. The stability to local views of corrosion, border and use condition of investigated stuffs in ozonized mediums, introduced practical guidelines from their usage is determined. Is rotined, that at 30-40%-their solutions of sulfuric acid an inhibiting effect benzazols on acid corrosion of steels and alloys ambiguous, that is conditioned by a miscellaneous degree protonisation of materials, and also their adsorptive properties. In investigated mediums the degree of protection of metals from acid corrosion is higher if there is azimido-benzene, than of an imidazole-benzene. Is designed and the gas flow-mesuring installation with an indispensable absolute consistency is inserted on the basis of a method of replacement of gas by a liquid for submission and measurement of reference quantity of a ozone-air mix.
