Essay

Dissertation is devoted to development of the mean of temporal anticorrosion protection (MTAP) of rolled metal. The study of wastes of Ukrainian industries showed the expedience of the soapstok using (food industry wastes) for MTAP creation. The new MTAP was made on the base of soapstok as well as the scheme of its protective film forming on the surface of metal was determined.It is found that MTAP is inhibitor of the mixed type. In neutral and low acid water media the MTAP additions provide reliable protection of metal goods from 5 months to 1 year. Developed MTAP forms protective film by a thickness 8-16 ?m, which due to compatible chemisorption of components blocks the surface of metal. MTAP is possible to use on a steel surface with different types of treatment (after mechanical treatment, after etching, with mill scale) and on the surface with a various temperature – from 293 К to 573 К. MTAP films promotes firmness to corrosion of reinforce bars in a concrete in 2 times and multiplies force of adhesion to concrete in 1,3 times.It is set in industrial conditions that the MTAP film provides temporary protection of reinforced bar in the see ports conditions on the term up to 2 months.
