Lagutina I. Forms of defense of employees' labour rights.

The thesis is devoted to examination of theoretical and practical questions of forms of realization of defense of labour rights of employees. The definition of forms of defense of labour rights and interests of employees is given and the classification of such norms is provided. The juridical and non-juridical forms of defense of legal rights and interests of employees are analyzed. The methods of defense of employees' legal rights and interests, that correspond to the forms above mentioned, are investigated. The definition, attributes, limits and methods of self-defense by employees of their labour rights is given. On the basis of the analyzed special literature, legislation in force and practice of its application, international labour standards and positive legislative experience of foreign countries, specific proposals and recommendations on the improvement of legal regulation of relations on defense of labour rights of employees are provided."
