The thesis is devoted to the problem of the formation of the elements of the computer literacy among the junior students on the basis of the content, pedagogical conditions and means with a help of which this process will be effective. The main point of the technology realization of the pedagogical conditions formation of the computer literacy among the junior students lies in the organization of the teaching process on the basis of the organization the work on the personal computer according to the age pecularities and abilities of the children who study at the primary school; realization of the leadership in the process of the formation of the elements of the computer literacy by the teacher, who has the special education, abilities and skills in the "Computer Science", computer technologies, knows the pecularities of the programming means introduction of the training and the formation of the elements of the computer literacy among the junior students; the combination of the reproductive and productive activity of the pupils with the gradual increase of the individual and creative work; goal-oriented use of the computer technologies and special programming means.
