The work is dedicated to the problem of improvement of clinical-and-morphological differential diagnostics of metastases of anonymous malignant tumors in patients and their treatment. On the basis of the obtained data clinical- and-morphological algorithm of diagnostics of anonymous malignancies that foresees use of immunohistochemical examination as obligatory stage in case of revealing of metastasis of low- or non-differentiated anonymous malignancy was developed.
