Platonova E. Using of mucolytic therapy for treatment children and teenagers with broncho-obstructive syndrome

Dissertation is devoted to the decision of one of important tasks of modern pediatrics - increase of efficiency of therapy of children with a acute obstructive bronchitis due to optimization of application of mucolytic preparations, using of them are differentiate, taking into account the features of motion of disease. In dissertation some peculiarities of acute obstructive bronchitis at children ire certain on a modern stage: cases of acute obstructive bronchitis at teenagers ire increase (their particle makes 13,2 % ± 2,9 % among hospitalized children); many children with an acute obstructive bronchitis are smoking (among teenagers - 33,3%). The frequency of tobacco-smoking is increased with age, ?2 = 0,003, p < 0,01. The rheologycal violations are found out at 70,5 % children with acute obstructive bronchitis. The criteria of prognosis of unfavorable motion of acute obstructive bronchitis are certain. The scheme of stage mucolytic therapy is offered for the children with acute obstructive bronchitis. This scheme is more high efficiency і case of unfavorable motion (RR = 0,17, RRR = 85 %).
