Essay

Dissertation is devoted to development complex models of process government financial management, including: complex analytical models for forecasting macroeconomic indexes by using regressive analysis method, group method of data handling, neuron networks method; and complex of analytical -simulation models for economic system and social development (example for Ukraine). Offered new methodology of construction of analytical-simulation models, allowing to get the prognosis results at different scenarios development of economy. The developed models are the useful analysis instrument for experts, analysts and also are the effective tools decisions support for guidance. The practical value has in development conception for construction decisions support systems.
