Dissertation is devoted to the problem of increasing efficiency of surgical treatment of mandible condylar fractures with dislocation, as well as diminishing of posttraumatic complications, trough development and usage of fragments reposition and fixation methods that take into consideration local blood supply of the mandible. Retrospective analysis was used to study surgical treatment of mandible condylar fractures with dislocation and risk factors. 61 mandibles and 7 humid human head preparations of people aged from 18 to 75 were examined. Topography of the mandible vessels feeding foramens was studied. Diameters of the foramens were measured. Peculiarities of the feeding foramens and corresponding topography of the different mandible fragments were revealed. As a result, new scheme of the mandible fragmentation was developed and scientifically validated. This scheme helps to localize all anatomic formations on the mandible, which is important during various examinations and surgical treatments. 2 new methods of surgical treatment for mandible fractures with condylar luxation that preserve mandible vessels from surgical trauma was offered. It was proved that retention of blood supply to the fragments of mandible significantly improves clinical signs, accelerates regeneration and reduces frequency of pyoinflammatory complications in posttraumatic period
