Essay

The Object: processes of evaluation of economic and ecological activities of bread baking industry enterprises. Aim: development of theoretical positions, elaboration of methodical approaches and practical recommendations as to the formation of rating evaluation of enterprise economic and ecological activities with the aim to enhance management efficiency. Methods: systemic analysis, synthesis, logical generalization, comparison, grouping, cluster analysis, discriminant analysis. Suggested: methodology of formation of economic and ecological rating of enterprises, model of rating economic and ecological evaluation of the present and new objects simultaneously, system of values of enterprise economic and ecological activities, approach to the formation of economic and ecological enterprise management system, methodology of economic and ecological analysis. The sphere of use: bread baking industry enterprises.
