3. In the dissertation problems of transformation of state regulation of economy under influence of global factors are considered. In the robot tendencies of formation of a modern paradigm of state regulation of economy and factors which define them are certain. The technique of the system analysis of models of state regulation of economy and their transformation is developed. Offers on adaptation of domestic system of regulation of economy to influence of global factors are developed.
