Essay

The Dissertation is devoted to the examination of administrative – law regulation of legal relation in the sphere of passengers transportation by the railway transport. The peculiarities of passengers transportations as the subject of state regulation, the system of subject and it’s interaction was considered. The suggestions on improving the native legislation in the sphere of state regulation of passengers railway transport activity, introduction the intensification of control over the quality of transport service, of public order, of technical security on the railway transport were formulated.
