Investing in infrastructure; scientific explanation of organizational and methodical fundamentals and recommendations for applying the mechanism of public private partnership in Ukraine; expert evaluation method, methods of statistical data processing, methods of relative analysis, systems approach; the mechanism of the realization of public private partnership in Ukraine is worked out, recommendations concerning improvement of the legislation are formulated, methodical approach concerning evaluation of infrastructure investment projects effectiveness is proved; new scientific results are obtained, which should be used to explain organizational and methodical fundamentals and recommendations for applying the mechanism of public private partnership in Ukraine; the results have been introduced to the day-to-day work of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine; cooperation between public and private sectors in investment activity.
