Dissertation performs the research of theoretical implications and practical application in the separation of powers in the Ukraine and Czech Republic. There are definitions and descriptions of the constitutional principles of separation of powers. Establishing and developing of the principle of separation of powers are divided into periods. The systems of separation of powers in the Ukraine and Czech Republic were determined by dissertation. Dissertation has a conception of the implementation of principle and analysis of implementation in the both countries. The practical suggestions in respect of improvement and advancement of effectiveness of the principle of separation of power in the Ukraine and Czech Republic are provided by dissertation in view of positive experience.
