Kaplya O. Authorities of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in a state of integration in the European Union

The dissertation is devoted to theoretical-methodological and legal-organizational research of the reformation concepts of the Ukrainian Internal Affairs in the way of realization of European integration policy. Conceptual positions of the European Union policy concerning law-enforcement bodies of the country candidates are determined. From the European integration policy point of view, the structure and the order of management of police bodies of the countries members of EU are analyzed and the tendencies of reformation of Central European country's police, which went the way from the members of the socialist camp to the membership in EU are considered too. Improvement positions of the structure and administrative procedures of police bodies are determined. Reformation conception of Authorities of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in a state of integration in the European Union is developed.
