Rayetska L. Criminological bases of counteraction of drug addiction in Ukraine

The author corsiders theoretical and practical issaes of legal and criminological principles of counteraction worldwide to drug addiction phenomenon in Ukraine. The reporter hands out a social and legal analysis of a problem of drug addiction and carries out a systems analyses of formation of counteraktive systems to drug addiction. The international system of control over drugs in fight against drug addiction and a place of Ukraine in it are researched, problems of implementation of norms of international law are covered, political legal bases of formation of system of prevention of drug addiction in Ukraine are determined. Proposals and recommendations on improvement international legal and criminological bases of counteraction of drug addiction in Ukraine are offered.
