Essay

The marketing activity of Ukrainian enterprises of polygraph field. The proving of theoretical and applied aspects of composition and structure of marketing complex, working out methods of its planning and analysis, improvement of marketing activity of native enterprises of polygraph field. Methods: dialectical, analytical, comparatively-analytical, systematization, classification, audit of statistical, financial, technical and economic information, expert judgements, economical-mathematical methods of linear modelling etc. The composition and structure of factors of effectiveness were defined by the elements of marketing complex, the methodology of the estimation and economical-mathematical model of optimization of marketing complex were elaborated for the enterprises of polygraph field, the methodology of the estimation of the effectiveness of sales was proposed, the marketing complex conception was extended by the element "personnel", the improvement of enterprises activity was proved on the basis of unified system of indexes of effectiveness. The methods of planning and estimation of marketing complex and the effectiveness of the process of personal sales of enterprise were applied. Ukrainian enterprise of polygraph field, educational process.
