Marketing cooperation processes of transport-expeditionary enterprise with an enterprise-producer on transport services market. Theoretic-methodical basics generalization of transport-expeditionary enterprise marketing activity and complex approach development concerning marketing cooperation strategy forming of transport-expeditionary enterprise with subject of transport services market - an enterprise-producer in vagueness and risk conditions of external environment. Methods: historic-logical, abduction, analysis and synthesis, formalisation, modelling and prognostication. It was investigated the factors classifications of enterprises macro and microenvironments, its components and operation of business characteristics. It was developed an author factors of enterprise macro-environments classification, basic criterions of its estimation, which influence on marketing enterprise activity. It was pointed to an application of strategic choice model on plays with nature theory criterions base in process of marketing decisions making by transport-expeditionary enterprise on transport services market in vagueness and risk conditions of external environment. Transport-expeditionary enterprises of Ukraine, educational process.
