Essay

Dissertation is devoted to investigation of the clinical and immunological conditions of the patients with perennial allergic rhinitis (PAR), creation of the new model of allergic reaction in the upper respiratory tract mucosa and investigation of the local and systemic immunomodulation and enterosorbtion influence on the immunoglobulin E antibodies; investigation different immunomodulators groups influence on the functional activity and phenotypic properties of immunocompetent blood cells in the patients with PAR; conducting of systemic immunomodulation and enterosorbtion before systemic immunotherapy; comparative clinical and immunological evaluation of complex treatment. As a result of experimental investigations it has created the modified model of immediate allergic in the mucosa, that have gave the possibility to conduct the adequate non-specific immunotherapy (Polyoxydonium) and enterosorbtion (Silix) in the patients with perennial allergic rhinitis. The clinical investigations in the early follow-up period after treatment have showed that combined therapy (specific immunotherapy, immunocorrection and enterosorbtion) was more effective concerning rehabilitation of subjective and objective symptoms. The investigation of subjective and objective symptoms, condition of systemic and local immunity in the patients with PAR in the long-term follow-up has showed that combined therapy (systemic immunotherapy, administration of the Polyoxydonium and enterosorbent Silix) was more effective than monotherapy (systemic immunotherapy) in the patients with PAR. Key words: perennial allergic rhinitis, sensibilization, model of allergic reaction, specific immunotherapy, immunocorrection
