Essay

Subject of examination is concrete on mechanoactivated cement cindery viscosity; purpose – increase the efficiency of usage of cement clinker and economy of energy resources due to realization of mechanochemical activation and introduction of milled furnace slag of optimal quantity and disparity into technological mixture; methods – standard und special methods, methods of mathematical statistics and planning of experiments upon optimization of concrete mix on cement cindery viscosity; results – optimized conditions of high-speed mixture of suspended loads of portland cement with adding of furnace slag; there were proposed optimal concrete mixes; innovation - theoretically founded and experimentally proven relevance of the proposed conception of decrease of material and power intensity of concrete products due to mechanochemical activation of cement cindery suspended loads; there was specified a significant increase of efficiency of viscosity reduction of cement cindery suspended load upon combined influence on it high-speed mixture and adding S-3; were specified regularities of impact of quantity and disparity of furnace slag on physic and mechanical characteristics of concrete; introductions – were made inner wall panels; usage – upon production of goods and construction on concrete base on mechanoactivated cement cindery viscosity.
