Arnaut A. Landed reform in Ukraine and in Romania: comparative analysis of legislation

Dissertation is devoted complex and comprehensive research of comparative aspect of carrying out the landed reforms in Ukraine and in Romania. The general and excellent lines of the landed reforms, principles of institute of right of ownership are in-process selected on earth, forming and market of earths development in two countries. The questions of "models" of the landed reforms are examined in two states, grounded rightness of electing of "model" of the landed reform Ukraine on principle of "establishment of right of ownership on earth on new principles". Subjects and objects of right of ownership are analyzed on earth in Ukraine and Romania, the problem of folk property is examined in a comparative aspect in Ukraine and in Romania. The basic general and excellent lines of forming and market of earths development are determined in Ukraine and Romania. Suggestions are expressed in relation to perfection of the landed legislation of Ukraine which regulates relations in the field of property on earth, forming and market of earths development.
