Brus S. Depository Services on the Ukraine Securities Market

Research object: depositary activity of Ukrainian securities market participants. The purpose of research: substantiation of theoretical and practical principles of depositary services development and depositary activities improvement on the securities market. Methods of research: abstraction, analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, comparison, peer review, selection and grouping, forecasting. Theoretical and practical results: the notion "depositary services" is defined more precisely, and the classification of the depositary services on different bases is modified, the peculiarities of Ukrainian modern depositary structure and problems of the development of Ukrainian depository market have been highlighted, the variants of the reorganization of the of the National depositary system have been worked out and various ways to improve depositary services are proposed.
