The dissertation is devoted the studying the prevalence the intraventricular hemorrhage (IVH) in premature infants with low birth weight (LBW) and very low birth weight (VLBW) in interrelation with the medico-social factors of risk in Odessa region, the clinical features of severity of current of IVH at these newborns. Demonstrative, that medico-social factors of risk of IVH are asphyxia, the hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, gestosis, etc. It is offered parameters pH, BE and lactic acid blood to use as tests for the prognosis of probability development IVH. The regimen of preventive maintenance and treatment IVH in premature infants with using dicynone in premature infants was developed. Efficiency and safety of using dicynone at the first o’clock of life and within the first 4 days early neonatal period in premature newborn with LBW and VLBW is established.
