Essay

Blast furnace used for making producer gas. Development of technology of a gasification coal with salvaging of secondary resources by means of temporary conversion of blast furnaces in a routine of work of a gas generator lumpy coal. The commensurability of magnitudes of speeds of extraction of resins from coal and their destruction in a stream of gases is experimentally fixed. Thereof the accelerated heating of burden in a gas current does not abbreviate quantity of entrained resins. It requires use non-bituminous coal.; the basic opportunity of the warning encumbering of a coal layer is experimentally fixed at destruction chunks coal with conservation indispensable viscosity characteristics of a slag melt by regulation of a ratio FeO- and MnO-containing metallurgical scorias; Are revealed the most rational modes of a working the heat are revealed. It includes batch in the oven non-bituminous coal, products of a low-temperature carbonization both metallized of a wastage and injection unreheated of a blow (~200°С), oxygen-rich till 23-24%; on a base of a multizoned sample piece is fixed the nature of variation of temperatures of burden and gas on a height of a producer furnace and the variations of processes heat consumption on height of the producer furnace at different duties.
