Stogniy O. The development of rational footwear for pregnant women on the basis of anthropometrical researches feet

For the first time in Ukraine are carried out anthropometrical researches 300 stop of pregnant women. Essential specific differences of different dimensional attributes stop of pregnant women which cause necessity of designing special and footwear for the given group of the population are established. It is established, that at increase in height of a heel from 0 up to 80 mm loading on a forward department stops increases approximately on 55 %, optimum thus there is a height of a heel is 20 mm. Biomechanical researches stabilografy and plantometry in laboratory of biomechanics Institute of traumatology and orthopedy of Academy of medical sciences of Ukraine also have confirmed of 20 mm is optimum. On the basis of the received given anthropometrical and biomechanical researches have been designed and made special footwear for pregnant women; on the basis of the established requirements to footwear its different designs which have passed successful approbation on manufacture and during socks are developed and made.
