Balabanova O. Elaboration of technology process of attaching soles to shoes using electrophysical modification of glue line

The math model for determining the composition of glue compound was developed successfully. Performed researches for determining the impact of changing glue compound composition on physical-mechanical properties of glued connection, which allowed to develop new composition of neopren glue composition with extended physical-mechanical properties. Hypothesis of extending adhesive film cohesion with substrate surface under electrophysical modifications was developed. According to created hypothesize the researches of determination of influence of electrophysical modification on glue line in footwear on manufacturing phase and on exploitation phase and on physical-mechanical properties of leathers for top of footwear and rubbers for footwear soles were made. Basing on performed researches a new technological process connecting sole to the top of footwear using electrophysical modification of glue line.
